Ultrasonic vibrating sieve is usually used in screening superfine powder which the ordinary vibration sieve can not solve. In the Ultrasonic Screen Separator the sieve constantly receives vibration and so clogging by the fine powdery input is avoided.The vibrating sieve also does self cleaning and leaves the entire screen clean for the next use.

The Ultrasonic Screen Separator is similar to the Gyratory Screen separator in working and in construction. The addition of an ultrasonic system to the vibrating sieve makes the difference. The sieves are of small gauge size and can handle super fine powders with out clogging. The entire body of the Ultrasonic Screen Separator is made of high grade Stainless Steel which is safe for use in food industry. A vibrating motor is placed at the bottom which initiates vibrating motion onto the sieve. Sieves or screens of varying mesh sizes can be placed one above the other to achieve separation according to size. The Ultrasonic Screen Separator designed by Star Trace is less noisy and less cumbersome.
