Star Trace gear box is having two types of counter rotating shafts for producing vibration. Each counter shafts having two counter weights to produce linear motion for vibrating feeders, screens and so on. Special care should be taken while manufacturing the counter weights so that the static moment is delivered as we require.The gearbox contains hardened and ground gears in a cast housing. The additional holes provided in the counter weights are used for adjusting the mass according to the required static moment. Our geared force exciter is a customized product and depends upon the need; with input speed ranging from 750-1500rpm and dynamic moments from 500kgcm-170,000kgcm. The bearings are accommodated in oil-lubrication due to high-speed operation of the gears. The vibrations produced by the Geared Force Exciter facilitate in better performance and increasing production. The intensity of vibration varies from one application to the other.
